A Realtor® is a Real Estate Professional. You should pay them an hourly fee for helping you purchase a property. Other Professionals, such as Attorneys, average $200 to $520/hr, CPA’s average $91 to $167/hr.

The business model for Realtors doesn’t require you to pay them an hourly fee for helping find and successfully purchase a property. When you make settlement on a property with the assistance of a Realtor, you still haven’t paid them anything. Their compensation comes from the property’s seller.

So, doesn’t it just make sense to enlist the assistance of a Realtor?

**QUITE HONESTLY, IF YOU’RE NOT WORKING WITH A REALTOR, ASK YOURSELF WHETHER YOU’RE REALLY IN THE MARKET TO BUY A PLACE DOWN THE SHORE, OR MERELY DAYDREAMING? BY LOOKING AT PROPERTY PHOTOS ONLINE, YOU JUST WON’T MAKE IT HAPPEN!
